1ce349475e Remove the left-to-right mark from the lki autonym 
This character produces a JSHint warning,
and it's definitely unnecessary.
It was possibly added as a copy-paste error in 6650db2.

9c8f9fcf77 Add a redirect from chm to mhr 
CLDR uses chm instead of mhr, so for practical purposes
it should be a redirect, until https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T136164
is resolved.

6650db2860 Update langdb with codes and autonyms used in translatewiki.net 
Add support for language codes that are currently only supported in translatewiki.net.
There was a two year or so backlog.

e16f7f69ba Update langdb with codes and autonyms 
This removes inconsistencies with MediaWiki's Names.php's changes in the
past 8 months, where it comes to languages codes present in MediaWiki but
not in langdb, and inconsistencies in autonyms.
