Subject: [PATCH] Add Nyoro (nyo) and Tooro (ttj) (#326)

Autonyms at Ethnologue are without the o- prefix,
but the requester asked for names with it. While
I cannot point to a particular source, the names with
the prefix appear a lot in web searches, so I respect
the request.
