Add Manado language (xmm)

Requested at https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Thread:Support/Request_to_add_Manadonese_in_Translatewiki Autonym according to Ethnologue. (And Indonesian Wikimedians usually ask not to include "Bahasa" and similar words.)
