d99a1a8177 Change Madurese autonym to capital 
According to "Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Madura yang Disempurnakan" (2008, page 8),
names of languages are supposed to be written with capital letters.

4a6e18a137 Split ary to ary-latn and ary-arab 
The Arabic script is more common for publishing in this language,
but the Latin script is used occasionally, too.
The autonym ed-dārija was requested by the editors of
the incubator Wikipedia in this language, and I confirmed
that it's good with an external expert.

This addresses #74.

This is similar to #75 by SADIQUI.

10da718530 Change the autonym of Manipuri to Meetei script 
This also adds the support for the Meetei Mayek script
(ISO 15924: Mtei) to langdb.

Meetei Mayek script is the one used in schools in Manipur
(see the Wikipedia article [[Meitei script]] for references).
It is also the script that is used for all the translations
in translatewiki [1] and for all the test articles
in the Wikimedia Incubator.[2]

The Bengali script version is preserved with a tag,
because the Bengali script may be used as well.

3da09f240f Revert "Add proper BCP 47 names for various languages" 
This reverts commit 03205a8955.

Unfortunately, this introduces a lot of changes that may break
other features.

I generalaly support this change, but this needs a more thorough
testing plan. Until this happens, other features and big fixes
shouldn't be blocked.

7af3648828 Update Balinese to use two scripts 
Balinese was using the Balinese script here. Actual modern usage
is mostly in the Latin script, and so it is in translatewiki and
in the Incubator. The Balinese script is only used in particular
situations and quotations.

The Balinese script version is added as a separate entry, similarly
to Javanese, the real-life usage of which is similar.

This was requested by the Balinese translatewiki and Incubator editors.

03205a8955 Add proper BCP 47 names for various languages 
Audit language names against BCP 47 validator and rename those which are
not valid BCP 47 codes, leaving the old aliases for backward-compatibility.

Validated against IANA registry at
  https://www.iana.org/assignments/language-subtag-registry/language-subtag-registry
with the help of the validator at
  http://schneegans.de/lv/

Add fully-expanded aliases for zh-XX language codes to help compatibility
with other BCP 47 users.
