Add several languages that are already enabled for monolingual text properties in Wikidata. See full list of those additional languages here: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/diffusion/EWBA/browse/master/repo/includes/WikibaseRepo.php (under `getMonolingualTextLanguages`). I've added most of them, but the following codes I didn't add because I wasn't sure what region and/or native name to use for them: `bnn, ett, fos, fr-ca, frm, fro, non, nxm, otk, ppu, pwn, pyu, ssf, trv, uun, xpu`.
