Amir E. Aharoni cd2d37e7a8 Rename Seediq (trv) ...

This makes the name equal to the one in MediaWiki core.
It's also used in Ethnologue and the Wikipedia in this language.
"Taroko" is an alternate name, and there's no need to
mention both.
