Update jquery.uls from upstream

* Add languages: Bajau (bdr), Cakma (ccp), Jeju (jje)
* Add Aragonese as a language of Spain
* Localization updates for bg, fa, fit, sd, tt-cyrl
* Rename code ais to szy
