Add Lateef and Scheherazade fonts for ckb and fa

* Also improves Nazli by adding Nazli bold from its original pack
* Scheherazade-R.woff is taken from Scheherazade font pack
* Except the above, rest WOFFs and EOTs are made by sfntly
