Update jquery.ime and jquery.uls from upstream

jquery.ime: * Add Aja tilde and Mon Simplified Anonta * Remove unnecessary Alt combinations from Burmese XKB. Updating to 9bb9ec5b3a jquery.uls * Add Aja (ajg) and Logooli. Updating to 09c410877d Change-Id: Ib4ee4fa3cd123f0ca872c6afe1c3b1108bc23dbe
