b2b75b15eb Drop eot from supported webfont formats 
IE9+ which is lowest that MediaWiki still supports is supposed to
support both ttf and woff par some exceptions.

This reduces uncompressed repo size almost 4000 bytes.

a2cfd0287f Add WOFF2 version of fonts 
Modern browsers will use woff2, which has smaller size than woff

Updated the README in the font repository explaining how different
file formats are produced.

9b396918b7 Revert "Add WOFF2 version of all fonts" 
This reverts commit 90519fa8db.

Noted line height variations between WOFF and WOFF2. Reverting till we investigate this

15b9226f07 Unify font license abbreviations. 
1. Updated license abbreviations in font.ini
2. Removed duplicate license file in Suwannaphum
3. Corrected license for some fonts
4. Added licenses/LICENSES file to note license related issues and
abbreviations

bb153e59bc Possible license issue with Utkal font 
* Font license is unclear, but 'strings utkal.ttf' gives enough
  information about license which is GPL.
