d81e5b762f Replace Xerxes with Artaxerxes 
Xerxes is not passing OpentypeSanitizer check per
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=964696 that is why it won't work
as web font on Chrome and Firefox. This is its derivation to fix the issue.

7e787c0fc5 Avoid bigger fonts being default for languages 
* Avoided Amiri being default font for ar
* Avoided CharisSIL, DuolosSIL being default fonts for
cdo, nan respectively

The change is because of the bandwidth efficiency concerns. Also
Arabic being widely supported language, having defaut font is not
must.

65d1b3e27f Use Autonym font in webfonts repository 
This was served from jquery.uls. But jquery.uls does not contain
the font now, but only provides and example usage with Autonym font

This also make sure consistency in font serving in terms of URLs,
caching etc.

It is the font used in book maker for Persian Wikipedia. Its font
family (Nazanin) is one of widely used font on Persian documents.
It is needed for print output of Persian Wikipedia articles

9ae40d5910 Add free and open licensed font for Urdu script
