415101e917 Add request-bug and request-default fields for Amiri font. 
Added the git and gerrit commit URLs for the addition of the Amiri font and it being set as the default font for Standard Arabic (arb).

7e787c0fc5 Avoid bigger fonts being default for languages 
* Avoided Amiri being default font for ar
* Avoided CharisSIL, DuolosSIL being default fonts for
cdo, nan respectively

The change is because of the bandwidth efficiency concerns. Also
Arabic being widely supported language, having defaut font is not
must.

dfbae630a5 Add 'ar' as a language supported by the Amiri font 
It is used as the default in the Arabic Wikipedia, so it should be
used in jquery.webfonts, too.
