9b396918b7 Revert "Add WOFF2 version of all fonts" 
This reverts commit 90519fa8db.

Noted line height variations between WOFF and WOFF2. Reverting till we investigate this

f17efa03fc Removing the request-bug and request-defaults fields and adding the request-url field.

b66784b25c Add request-bug and request-default fields for DoulosSIL font. 
Added the git and gerrit commit URLs for the addition of the DoulosSIL
font and it being set as the default font for Min Nan Chinese (nan). The
request-default field is commented as the font has been temporarily
disabled for nan due to performance issues.

7e787c0fc5 Avoid bigger fonts being default for languages 
* Avoided Amiri being default font for ar
* Avoided CharisSIL, DuolosSIL being default fonts for
cdo, nan respectively

The change is because of the bandwidth efficiency concerns. Also
Arabic being widely supported language, having defaut font is not
must.
