Amir E. Aharoni 3d2e85664f Partly reverting the langdb

Multiple scripts and autonyms are not currently supported by ULS utils.
I commented out the problematic lines and left the current de-facto
situation in Wikipedia.
This is a TODO item, but it needs proper specification.

Also updated the tests somewhat.

The language names, autonyms, region informations are present in src/jquery.uls.data.js. But this file is auto generated from data/langdb.yaml. If you want to make any changes to the language data, edit data/langdb.yaml and generate the src/jquery.uls.data.js using

php ulsdata2json.php
