Added the git and gerrit commit URLs for the addition of the DoulosSIL font and it being set as the default font for Min Nan Chinese (nan). The request-default field is commented as the font has been temporarily disabled for nan due to performance issues. Change-Id: I9f352921a81486e09ca6f77a841588d5663f8d3c
