fde2202c88 Small CSS adjustments for compact mode 
A couple of fixes:
* Rule to avoid the back link to be underlined when it is rendered as
a button for the compact version of ULS.
* Fix for a 1px misalignment between search box and suggestion (the
1px is needed only when search box has a 1px border)

44ff5e0120 Support for back links for uls-compact 
Added styles for links that are inserted in the header of the list
to allow the user to go back for multi-step dialogs.

e23d7171d5 Stylesheed and example for compact language list 
A searchable list for scenarios where users need to
type/select a language (or more) as input.
The list is made more compact by removing secondary
aids from the ULS to focus on the input task.

34a6c98327 Adding SVG version of icons and map for ULS 
SVG versions of the icons used in the ULs has been added and
the CSS has been modified so that the png fallback is supported by old browsers.

36a699f89f Border radius removed from the search info 
Since the search information shown when no elements are found is no longer
the element at the bottom, there is no need for rounded bottom corners that match the ULs panel.

66a50931a5 Prevent appearance of redirects in the rendered list 
utils.getLanguagesByScriptGroup() runs on the object's languages
property and not on all the langdb languages. This caused
the redirects to be counted as languages. I fixed this,
and added a test to prevent it.

Also update JS langdb, because it went out of sync in of
the previous commits.
