df2c40dc92 'use strict' in JavaScript langdb 
JSHint can complain about this in build checks, and it shouldn't
hurt anything. But correct me if I'm wrong.

98874233c1 Some more fixes in redirects and code 
* Redirect fiu-vro to vro.
* Redirect roa-rup to rup.
* Redirect zh-yue to yue.
* Remove pru. Only prg is the right code for Prussian.
  pru is a code of a language in Indonesia, about which
  there's very little information, so it's better to remove it.

829c827483 Adding a special region 
This is supposed to allow adding special languages.

This region's section is hidden by default and can be enabled by
passing different options to the lcd object.

There is no content or localization in that language, but it will be

593f8452f1 Update some codes with multiple scripts 
This is a temporary measure on the way to implementing
