655657fbc5 Updates for the unique autonyms test (#383) 
* Move the unique autonyms test to the "autonyms" section

It was in the "redirects" section, and it makes
much more sense for it to be in the "autonyms" section.

* Case-insensitive test for unique autonyms

Autonyms for some languages are very similar or even identical,
but they should be unique in this system so that users
would be able to find the correct language unambiguously.

It's conceivable that someone (including myself) would add
an autonym that will be different only in its usage of
capital letters. This change modifies the test for
unique autonyms so that such cases would be prevented.

0bb87a541a Update Solomon Islands Pidgin (pis) autonym (#373) 
Make it less ambiguous, so that it will be clearly distinct
from other pidgin languages, and findable by country
name.

This name is used, for example, here:
Beimers, Gerry (2009). Pijin: A Grammar of Solomon Islands Pidgin
(PhD thesis). The University of New England. page 26

And can also easily be found in many other sources.

9230913f10 Remove ruq-grek 
It was added to core MediaWiki long ago for
unclear reasons, but it was never actually
used for anything, and it's probably
not needed anywhere.

It was already removed from core MediaWiki, too.

ruq-latn and ruq-cyrl should probably be removed,
too, but they were actually used for some things
in core MediaWiki, so that needs to be cleaned up
first.

00627e8c09 Change mui autonym according to Ethnologue 
This language was added long ago when mui and plm
were separate codes, and mui was "Musi" and plm
was "Palembang". The code plm was retired in 2008
and the only valid code now is mui, and its autonym
according to Ethnologue is "Baso Palembang".
This is also the name most commonly used by the
language's speakers according to the article
Alsamadani, Mardheya; Taibah, Samar (2019).
"Types and Functions of Reduplication in Palembang".

1d060301c1 Automatically recreate data/language-data.json (#340) 
I mistakenly merged #314, in which this file was edited
manually, and not automatically using the script.

This fixes names that use '/' and removes several
languages and variants of China and Taiwan.

This also adds Ladin "lld" to Italy.

9a4a96b734 Add Latin script for Manchu (mnc-latn) 
Manchu (mnc) should be added to Names.php [1] but the translations are a
mixture of Latin and Mongolian scripts and need to be split [2].
For the autonym, see the existing translations [3] and the main page of the
Manchu Wikipedia in the Incubator [4].
