cddc280c20 Align .mw-ui-pressed to OOUI's active button state 
Aligning `.mw-ui-pressed`, which is only available in ULS
to OOUI's active button state. It features an Accent10 blue border
for a cleaner appearance.

101532cfa6 Add special language names to facilitate searching 
This adds several custom languages.

The addition of Punjabi addresses Bug T178070.

The addition of Chinese addresses Bug T73891.

Georgian and Catalan (Valencian) variant spellings
are added because these are the most frequent languages
that are not found in the ULS search box.

0c5b4d3072 Split API messages from ULS 
It's not a lot of messages, but this is a very common and basic extension,
and it's often one of the first to be translated, so it's good to make its
translation easier.
