c197309810 Update jquery.uls from upstream 
Upstream: https://github.com/wikimedia/jquery.uls
Changes:
* Reduce data size of uls language data a bit by using unescaped unicode
* Move the autonym font to example instead of making part of jquery.uls
* Use attr and prop consistently in jquery.uls.lcd.js
* Remove unnecessary object instance from jquery.uls.lcd.js
* Avoid 'recalculate style' by changing classes conditionally while
scrolling the language list
* Remove non-existing "-ms-linear-gradient"
* Localisation updates

If it's not run from the correct directory, a spew of warnings appear

f45d5bfcd5 Refactoring tests to make them more robust 
Fixed typo in feature description.
Merged two background steps since the last one did not have any actions
that could be done manually.
Removed assertions from a "given" (login) step. We already extensively
test logging in. If this extension needs login tests, they should go to
a separate feature file.
Moved methods from steps file to page file, following page object
pattern.

507cacfa75 Strip hints from Jomolhari font, reducing size by 50% 
Used sfntly with strip hints option.
Pros: Reduced font size- by 50%
Cons: at small sizes, on old versions of windows, rendering quality
will be affected.
