This rule was applied to all WMF wikis in T55300 / I0cc1e92a8f,
but for some reason was not set here.

Disable ULS on VE focusable nodes
...
The user isn't supposed to type when a focusable node
is selected, and the overlay renders in the top left
corner of the screen.
